Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers excellent features with an hourly shuttle to 'Da Mall,' a vibrant oceanfront shopping destination. The rooms, albeit dark due to orientation, were possibly the best in the house. The service was professional, warm, and welcoming, catering to all needs seamlessly. On a hill near the ferry, the location is ideal for a quiet stay with fantastic water access. The dining spread, while diverse, sometimes fell short in temperature consistency. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory with room for improvement.
My stay at Monaco Suites was a mix of wonderful and underwhelming experiences. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and spacious with a breathtaking view of the water, a huge balcony, kitchen to use, great bed, and bathroom with a bath; however, the whole place needs some money spending on it. The service was very friendly and highly professional, catering to my requests efficiently. The location, although stunning overlooking the sea, is secluded from the main beach area, which could be seen as a positive or negative depending on preference. The dining experience was incredible, although it can be improved, along with the lobby temperature. The facilities were top-notch, offering a great assortment of amenities.
I was so impressed with this hotel! The rooms, while in line for a renovation, still offered a breathtaking view of the ocean. The service was top-notch thanks to amazing staff members like Leo, Merriam, Sandra, and Ervin. The location was just beautiful, overlooking the ocean and conveniently close to all the action at 'DaMall'. The dining experience was fantastic with a wide variety of food. The facilities were well-maintained and exceeded my expectations.
Staying at the hotel was like being at home nestled in Boracay paradise. The rooms were truly presidential with extra soft beds, fluffy pillows, and exquisite granite countertops. The views from the spacious 2 bedroom suite were breathtaking, making it a memorable experience. However, some rooms had limited views. The staff, particularly Tess and Azce, provided exceptional service, although initial interactions felt rehearsed. The location, away from the noisy areas, felt like an oasis surrounded by lush tropical landscapes but was a bit distant from the main beaches. The dining experience was average with a bit limited options, and the facilities were top-notch but could be improved.
The hotel rooms were quite large and clean, equipped with a kitchenette, separate bedroom, and private bath, which was one of the main reasons we selected this hotel. The staff was very helpful and super friendly, even creating delightful happy hour cocktails. The location, though far from everything, was landscaped and well-maintained, offering a nice area on the beach. The dining options were very limited, not meeting 5-star hotel standards, but the popular sweet fresh mangoes were a must-try. The facilities were good overall.
